7-day returns, free return shipping

You can return any eligible item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email urbanhousefashion@tailwindapp.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return; we will send a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the label.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original clear garment bag with the SKU label. Items that arrive worn, altered, with perfume or makeup transfer, or without the garment bag may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Final sale

Intimates, swimwear, jewelry and beauty items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Wrong, defective or damaged item

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will refund or replace it immediately and you will not need to send it back.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want; if the new item ships from our US warehouse it will usually arrive before your refund is even processed.

Refund timing

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received; your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
