By visiting the Site or purchasing from us you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and use of the Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to purchase from us. You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or to scrape, copy or resell any part of the Site or its content without our written permission.

2. Products, pricing and availability

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's rendering. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, and may refuse any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after payment you will receive a full refund.

3. Orders, shipping and returns

Shipping times, costs and the two-shipment handling of mixed carts are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; see the Shipping Policy for how we handle parcels lost or damaged in transit.

4. Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.

5. Errors and omissions

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel affected orders, including after you have submitted an order, without prior notice; if your payment has been taken you will be refunded.
