Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Two shipping speeds, shown on every product page
- Ships in 2–5 days — in stock at our US warehouse. Orders placed by 12 pm Central on a business day leave within 1 business day and arrive in 2–5 business days by USPS or UPS.
- Ships in 7–15 days — made-to-order styles in our Occasion Shop that ship from our overseas partner warehouse. Allow 7–15 business days from order to delivery; tracking is emailed once the parcel is scanned in.
Shipping cost
- US-warehouse items: $5.99 flat, free on orders of $70 or more.
- Occasion Shop (overseas) items: $4.99 flat per order.
- If your cart contains both, you will see two shipments at checkout (Shipment 1 of 2 / 2 of 2), each with its own delivery window and rate, and each arrives separately.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email us at urbanhousefashion@tailwindapp.com and we will open a carrier trace.
Address changes and cancellations
Email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that the order is already with the warehouse and will follow the returns process instead.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace it or refund you in full — no return needed.
